Te Tahi Collection currently ships to addresses within New Zealand and Australia. If you are located outside these areas, please contact us at tetahicollection@gmail.com for assistance.

 Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within [1-3 business days], excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer various shipping methods to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is around 3-5 business days. 
    - Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is around 2-3 business days

  • RURAL - Cost is extra and will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

International Shipping
For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected at the time of delivery. Te Tahi Collection is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.
